Isolation
The isolation chip integrates a high-voltage Power MOSFET switch, primary controller and secondary synchronous rectification controller on a device. It adopts an innovative inductive coupling feedback design using encapsulated lead frames and solder wires, providing a reliable and low-cost way to directly detect the secondary output voltage and current, and transmit information to the primary IC.
